How to Register for Commencement

Eligible students can RSVP for commencement here: https://aspen.gradpak.com/. The RSVP deadline is August 15, 2024.

Ceremony Details

Date: October 11, 2024
Location: Dream City Church, 13613 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85022
Time: TBD, but students should plan to arrive in Phoenix on Thursday, October 10^th to ensure they are able to make the ceremony on October 11^th.

Travel & Hotel Details

Students are responsible for booking their own travel, lodging, and transportation

Order Regalia

Graduates must bring their own regalia to the ceremony. Regalia can be ordered through Aspen’s Jostens store. (Note: regalia generally takes at least 5 weeks to arrive, so be sure to order early.)

Guest Seating

Seating is first come, first serve.
There are no tickets required for guests. However, in order to help ensure that all students are able to celebrate with their friends and family, we ask that students try to limit their guest count to 5 attendees per student.
