Q:

A:

Are their any other advantages available to companies?

One advantage that has benefited companies enormously is the Capstone Project. Students enrolled in degree programs complete a focused Capstone Project at the conclusion of their coursework. This project allows students to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in their courses to the work environment. This project is completely individualized; students are encouraged to select work-related projects that are of particular interest to them and that will result in professional growth and benefit the organization.

Students are encouraged to talk to their supervisors to identify important projects that need doing or topics that are being considered for assignment.

Aspen graduates have saved companies thousands of dollars in consulting fees and at the same time produced solutions that are already adjusted and aligned with the existing company culture. The involvement of experienced faculty many of whom are still practitioners insures that the capstone product is sound, innovative, and cost-effective.
