Your Work Preferences

This is part one of the eCreation Self Assessment survey. It consists of a series of questions designed to help you get to know yourself better. This survey divides people into 16 different categories, based on their answers to simple questions. Descriptions of these 16 “temperament types,” as they are called, can be used to predict how a person of each type will respond to various situations. In this case, it will be used to help you determine if a career in information technology, information management, or management is a good choice for you.

Answer the following items as honestly as you can, by clicking the radio button beside your chosen response. You don’t have to answer all items in order to receive feedback, but the more you answer, and the more honestly you answer, the more accurate your feedback will be.
