All instructors are required to hold advanced degrees.
For graduate-level instruction faculty must have
terminal (Ph.D., JD, or Ed.D.) degrees within their
disciplines.
All Aspen University faculty are adjunct and employed
on a contract basis. Courses are delivered in an asynchronous
mode allowing for significant flexibility. Instructional
duties can be performed evenings and weekends.
All applicants must submit:
- A detailed resume/CV.
- Proof of degree sent from the accredited granting
institution.
- A signed Memorandum of Agreement (provided after
interview)

Current Faculty Opportunities:
- Nursing
We have several opportunities for adjunct faculty
in our Online MSN program. Candidates must have
an MSN, a doctorate in nursing or related field,
and experience teaching at the graduate level -
preferably in an online setting.
- Criminal Justice
Opportunities for adjunct faculty with experience
in Criminal Justice related fields. Applicants must
demonstrate appropriate, related work experience
and must possess a terminal (Ph.D.) degree in a
related field.
- Information Technology/Programming (Master's
and Graduate Certificate Level)
We currently have opportunities for faculty in technology
and computer programming courses. Specifically,
ASP, ASP.Net, JAVA, OOAD with UML, HTML, Javascript,
and data communications.
- Business
Applicants must demonstrate appropriate, related
work experience and must possess a terminal (Ph.D.)
degree in a related field.
- eBusiness
Applicants must demonstrate appropriate, related
work experience and must possess a terminal (Ph.D.)
degree in a related field.
- Economics
Applicants must demonstrate appropriate, related
work experience and must possess a terminal (Ph.D.)
degree in a related field.
- Accounting
